The Georgian Flat is a lower ground floor apartment within a charming row of six Georgian houses, tucked away on a quiet private road while still being in the heart of Penzance, Cornwall. The apartment offers a beautifully designed and exceptionally spacious retreat. It sleeps five with two large bedrooms plus a cabin-style sleeping nook and two bathrooms (one ensuite). We are dog-friendly.*
The Georgian Flat has a small private terrace to enjoy morning coffee or al fresco lunches, plus a large communal garden and a private parking space for one car.
The independent shops of Causeway Head are just a minute or two’s stroll away, and include an amazing bakery, delicatessen and lovely cafés. It is a ten-minute walk to the Jubilee Pool and Penlee Park with its art gallery and outdoor theatre. Penzance is a fantastic base from which to explore west Cornwall. St Michael’s Mount is a fifteen-minute drive or a leisurely three-mile walk along the southwest coastal path!
