The Georgian Flat is the lower ground floor apartment of a lovely Georgian house situated on a quiet private road but still very much in the centre of town. The Georgian Flat is just a minute or two’s stroll to the independent shops of Causeway Head including an amazing bakery, delicatessen and the local cinema.

The spacious apartment is on one level and sleeps three: Two guests in a the primary bedroom (Kingsize) and one guest in a cabin bed (Small Double) in a tiny room. There is a super shower room with a large shower, heated towel rail, a beautiful basin and fluffy towels.
The sitting room has a lovely view of the little patio garden to the front where there is a table and chairs with a parasol for morning coffee and outdoor suppers. There is a comfy sofa, armchairs and an electric log burner plus a TV. The small cabin room is directly accessed off the sitting room. The apartment has a well appointed separate kitchen with a built in banquette and round table which seats 4.
There is a large hall with plenty of space for coats and wellies plus a well lit desk for anyone who would like a work space.
The Georgian Flat benefits from its own private patio garden which is south facing and a large communal lawn area with benches, which is great for picnics. There is a service yard to the back of the property which is on the lower ground floor. The interior has been beautifully designed by Tin Coast Design’s Interiors Studio.
Please note: The building operates quiet time between 11pm and 8am. As with many conversion flats, some noise from the flat above may be heard depending on who is there and the time of day.
The Georgian Flat is let weekly on a self catered basis with prices ranging from £1,200-£2,300. We do offer short breaks and long weekends during off peak periods.
