I’m not gonna lie, my Christmas outfit for the big day usually consists of tartan pyjamas and thick socks! Our tiny family kicks back by watching movies, playing cards and nibbling on cheese and chocolate. In December, however, I love a little Christmas gathering, a supper at the pub and drinks with friends and neighbours.
I’m not a heels girl, not really a dress or skirt girl either, but I do love to dress up! I love an investment jacket or coat, gold jewellery and an amazing smelling perfume. Here are some cosy Christmas outfits you can re-create for this time of the year!
casual christmas outfit for drinks out!
- I have this cardigan in grey, it is slightly cropped but not ridiculously so! I have just ordered it in this new Camel colour (Beige Marl) which is a great warm neutral.
- This season’s in colour, how nice does this Berry Collarless Leather Biker Jacket look with gold accessories?
- Darted Barrel-leg Jeans in Irmo Wash
- Gorgeous elasticated Gold Chain Belt
- Gold Braided Ballet Pumps
- Mini Vegan Leather Chain Bag
- Hypnotic Vanilla Bloom Scent
- Rita Bracelet in Gold
- Cami Top with Lace in Cream
- Gel Nail Polish in colour Bashful aka the perfect browny-red and super glossy.
cosy christmas outfit for christmas day walk + chill!
This is the cosiest outfit of the three. I am the Mum who makes her now grown-up children go for a walk on Christmas Day and this tone-on-tone Christmas outfit makes you feel super put-together! Add a puffer vest or even a puffer coat depending on the temperature, then look fabulous lounging on the sofa in your cosy co-ord!
- Beige Cash-soft Knitted Trousers
- Beige Cash-soft Zip Through Knitted Hoodie (matching!)
- Vivienne Westwood Gold Pendant Necklace
- Oversized Knitted Coat with Pockets in Medium Brown
- ‘Coastal Walks’ perfume
- A blingy Gold Watch because you’ll want to keep your eye on Christmas lunch timings!
- Layer up with a White Ribbed Vest
- A lovely soft Classic Denim Shirt in Blue. Also available in White which would also look great!
- A Brown Suede Shopper which looks more expensive than it is!
- Cosy fur-lined trainers
- Autograph Cashmere Blend Ribbed Socks in Cream
- Camel Lambswool Beanie Hat
christmas outfit for supper with friends!
I love a glamorous look but let’s make it warm and cosy too! I wear trainers for every occasion and love these in leopard print. For a fabulous alternative, try these Satin-Effect Ballerina Pumps with their little rhinestone buckles and swap the lounge pants for these Wide-leg Black Jeans!
- I love the simple shape of these Black Lounge Pants with a neat slightly dropped and less bulky waist.
- Lace-trimmed Cami Top in Black
- This Wool + Cashmere Cream Coat is an investment piece but boy is it fabulous!
- Supersoft Wool Mohair Cropped Cardigan which looks cosy but elevated.
- Layer your gold necklaces! I like to wear 2 or 3 of varying length. Pearly Milo Necklace and Irma Charm Necklace
- This perfect bag gives this Christmas outfit the luxury look! Oskan Hobo Soft Suede Bag
- Dark Beige Leopard Trainers
- A lovely perfume for evenings! Bal D’Afrique by Byredo
