Stamping Cottage is a cosy deluxe king-bed suite tucked inside an Edwardian country house, in a quiet village just 5 miles from St Ives and Penzance. It is a five-minute drive to St Michael’s Mount. With lovely views onto a walled garden, this little retreat has its own private entrance and sleeps two guests in a king-sized bed; there’s an armchair for curling up with a book and a tiny but perfectly-formed shower room. Please note there are no kitchen or cooking facilities. Dog friendly!*

The bedroom has a kingsize bed, a comfy linen armchair and the original window seat which looks out onto the gravel garden.
The small shower room has a beautiful shower, basin, loo and heated towel rail with fluffy towels and luxury toiletries.
There is a little entrance hall with hooks and space for hanging coats and leaving wet boots! From the hall there is an internal door to the main house which is kept locked.
A built-in cupboard in the hall has hanging space and room for bags. There is a mini fridge with fresh milk, wine glasses and tumblers, an iron/ironing board and a hairdryer. Please note that there is no kitchen or cooking facilities.
There is a bench and a parasol for morning coffee or evening drinks. The garden is full of shrubs and trees, and the beautiful old stone boundary wall. The interior has been beautifully designed by Tin Coast Design.
Stamping Cottage prices range from £840-£1155. There is a minimum two-night stay.
The nearest train station, St Erth, is about a 5-minute drive. There is dedicated parking space for Stamping Cottage on a gated driveway. The village post office of Crowlas is a 5-minute walk and also sells basic local supermarket provisions. Ludgvan is about halfway between Penzance and St Ives. St Michael’s Mount is a 5-minute drive.
We’re just 2 minutes from the Scilly Islands Park and Ride, making it super easy to hop over to the Isles of Scilly.
