Cornwall is well known for its delicious seafood, cream teas and of course the eponymous Cornish pasty!   Cornish food also includes delicious cheeses like Cornish Yarg as well as Saffron Cake and the spicy ginger biscuit called the Cornish Fairing.   There are a couple of traditional Cornish recipes for baked goods to make as gifts included here.
